Organic Eating & Indoor Farming, 2018

The brief is to investigate the interaction between food, people and environment. The design focus on the topic ‘health and hygiene’. Clean and sustainable designs are able to construct a healthy environment which can affect the well-being of individuals. This project was about designing a minimal and multifunctional pop up space, for people to be educated on organic eating and indoor farming. The space is proposed to be in Haggerston park near Hackney city farm in London, it allows the local community to experience indoor farming, it is a place for gathering of daily rituals such as eating and chatting. As well as for holding educational workshops. Eventually the space could become a key site for establishing a lively community.
